This website, zaanfarzaan.site ("the Website"), is owned and operated by Farzan Khan, writing under the pen name Zaan Farzaan ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this Website or purchasing the eBook "Ehsasaat" through it, you ("you", "the buyer") agree to the following terms.

1. What we sell

The Website offers the eBook "Ehsasaat" — a collection of ghazals and nazms — as a digital PDF file, for a one-time price displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) at the time of purchase. All prices shown are final unless stated otherwise.

2. Payments

Payment is made directly via UPI to the seller's own UPI ID, shown on the eBook page. We do not use a third-party checkout or store your banking details — the transfer happens through your own UPI app, the same way any personal UPI payment does.

3. Delivery

The eBook is delivered digitally, by email or Instagram, after you send your payment screenshot or UTR number following your UPI payment. No physical item is shipped. Delivery is handled personally, so it may take a little time rather than being instant — if you haven't received the file within a reasonable time, please get in touch (see Contact, below) and it will be resolved promptly.

4. Use of the eBook

The eBook is sold for your personal reading use. All content is the original creative work of Zaan Farzaan and remains protected by copyright. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or reproduce the file or its contents without prior written permission.

5. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in how the Website or the eBook is sold. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
